Why appointments? Because we order perishable food — milk, eggs, cheese, vegetables, fruit — based on how many people have made appointments. We don’t want to run out of items at the end of the day, or have a lot of perishable food left over. So . . . .
If you show up without an appointment, you will almost certainly get less food than you will get if you do have an appointment. You may be asked to come back at the end of the day to get whatever food is still available.
If you make an appointment but find that you must come in later in the day, be sure to call and let us know. After about an hour, we will give the food we’ve set aside for you to others unless you call to let us know of your change of plans.
If you have an appointment but cannot keep it at all, please call to cancel or reschedule.
